1. About FormFinder AI

FormFinder AI ("FormFinder", "we", "us", or "our") is an artificial intelligence-powered horse racing analysis and information service. We provide data-driven selections, form analysis, and racing information to subscribers. FormFinder AI is not a bookmaker and does not accept bets or facilitate gambling transactions of any kind.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FormFinder AI (available at formfinderai.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use FormFinder AI. By using our service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe the age requirement has not been met.

4. Nature of the Service — Not Gambling Advice

FormFinder AI provides statistical analysis, data insights, and informational content about horse racing. Our selections and ratings are produced by automated AI systems and are intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.

FormFinder AI does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or gambling advice. Nothing on this platform should be construed as a recommendation to place any bet or wager. Past performance of our selections is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that horse racing involves risk and that losses are possible and common.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make in connection with gambling or betting activities.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

FormFinder AI offers tiered subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of a subscription.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect.

6. Free Access and Trial Periods

From time to time, FormFinder AI may offer free access to all or part of the service, including during promotional periods such as the Cheltenham Festival 2026. Free access periods are offered at our sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on FormFinder AI — including but not limited to AI-generated analysis, selection data, scoring models, written previews, design, and software — is the exclusive property of FormFinder AI and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from FormFinder AI without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you do not remove any attribution or proprietary notices.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FormFinder AI to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) scrape, harvest, or systematically download data; (c) share your account credentials with third parties; (d) resell or commercially exploit our content without authorisation; (e) attempt to circumvent any access controls or subscription restrictions; or (f) interfere with the operation of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FormFinder AI and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any losses incurred as a result of acting on information provided by FormFinder AI.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
